Submitting an enquiry or booking a call lets us arrange a conversation. It does not create a contract for services. Any engagement begins only when agreed in a separate written proposal or statement of work.
The scope, deliverables, timing, and fees for any work are set out in that separate agreement. Where ongoing fees apply, they are billed through our payment provider on the terms agreed with you.
The content, design, and branding of this site are owned by Perissos and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of work we deliver to clients is dealt with in the relevant engagement agreement; our principle is that your data and the systems we build for you are yours.
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
The site may link to third-party services (such as scheduling or payment tools). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and policies apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
