This policy explains how Perissos Ltd ("Perissos", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit perissos.io, contact us, book a call, or become a client. We are the data controller for that information.

02The data we collect

• Information you give us — when you submit an enquiry, email us, or book a call (for example via Calendly): your name, email address, company, and anything you choose to include in your message.
• Client information — if you engage us, the details needed to deliver the work and manage billing (handled through our payment provider).
• Usage information — if you consent to analytics cookies, basic information about how you use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). See our Cookie Policy.
• Business contact data for outreach — where relevant, business contact details of organisations we may approach, gathered from publicly available sources. We process this for business-to-business marketing only and always offer a clear way to opt out.

03Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To respond to enquiries and provide our services — to take steps at your request and to perform our contract with you.
• Business-to-business outreach — our legitimate interest in offering relevant services to organisations, balanced against your interests. You can object at any time and we will stop.
• Billing and records — to perform our contract and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
• Analytics — only with your consent, to understand and improve the site.

04Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the business, under contract and only as needed: scheduling (Calendly), payments (Stripe), website hosting (Netlify), email, and, with your consent, analytics. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement. We may also disclose data where required by law.

05How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it. Enquiry data that does not lead to an engagement is kept for a limited period and then removed; client and financial records are kept for as long as the law requires.

06Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@perissos.io. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk), though we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.

07Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encryption in transit and at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and keep our measures under review.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it last changed.
